All the hardware in our computers come with a Full Return to Base Warranty (durations vary – please see each product for exact timeframe). In the unlikely event of hardware failure (does not include software), we will repair or replace your system at no cost to you.  If your computer cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund your money in full.  Please note: we do not refund for change of mind but are happy to provide an in store credit for your next purchase.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:
  • Warranty is Return to Base (it must be returned to us for repair)
  • Warranty commences on day of "Despatch" or "Pickup"

  • Covers hardware only (does not cover software issues)

  • Return postage (if applicable) must be paid by customer

  • Not covered by warranty: data loss, malfunction or failure caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, viruses, unreasonable force during use or setup, electrical faults caused by storms and removal of any hardware from the unit
